Hello I'm a new to both fairy tail and rp, but nope I can fit in fell here and have a good time. Also before I submit my character I have two questions.

1. In your rules section It says I can start as either rank D or C, however in the character creation section it says you can only start as a rank D. So which one is it?

2. Do you have a minimal post size?
