Surge at his core is a good guy but at the same time he can be dark and cold. He is calm cool collected man who always thinks and plans two moves ahead of his opponents. Surge possesses a strong sense of justice, pride, dedication and honor. He trains at least 2 hours everyday to keep himself in peak physical condition. He also like to regularly spar with his guild mates to see his and there progress. He loves to read books of all subjects from magic to politics, math, and even history he like to know as much as possible believing you never know when it might come in handy. Surge believes a warrior should be able to maintain his cool in any situation and regularly meditate to help achieve this.
When not fighting or training Surge likes to hang at the guild as he is trying to get used to being one. You can usually find him in the shadows just observing and analyzing whats going on at any given time. Surge has a hard shell around his heart and emotions that most people can't get through, being that most of the people in the past used or hurt him. Surge has a lone wolf mentality he keeps his pain and feelings to himself. He doesn't want to ever be a burden on those around him, he would rather help those around him then being helped himself. Surge is not the type of man to blame others when things go wrong but his own weakness. He believes if he was stronger it would be different even when it isn't his fault. He take little credit for the good he do feeling it's his duty, and don't need thanks for doing his job. He has A lot of pride and strive to be the strongest mage alive believing that if he is strongest then he can protect the people he care about. Surge has a strong poker face you would never know what is on his mind unless he want you to know. He can talk and joke and Laugh with anyone and enjoy getting to know new people all the while getting information he can use at a later date. Some people are weary of surge as those people are unable to figure out what he really is about, and his true objectives. He only let you see what he want you to see and know what you want to know. Being new to the guild life he still finds it hard to fully trust his guild mates but there are the first real family he ever had. His loyalty is without question he would do anything for them, usually trying to shoulder the burden himself so that they don't have to. He likes to brighten the world to his friends and bring dark destruction to his foes. Always smiling and and joking always with a sarcastic remark even in the heat of battle or faced with certain death he usually in a good mood and have a wise crack or two. It is when he is quiet is when he is most dangerous as when he is quiet concentrating fully to defeating his opponents with extreme focus, and without restraint. He takes jobs to prove and push himself and test his strength but disrespecting his guild or hurting them in any way is the quickest way to ensure his wrath. He lost his family, childhood, and mentor to a dark guild cause felt he wasn't strong enough to fight for them he is determined not to lose anyone else.

-Fighting to test and improve his strength he likes being fit and in good shape to be getting closer to his goal of being the strongest.

- Death He saw his mentor and father figure die in front of him this triggered a fear of seeing anyone he care about die. While he try to hide it it is something he would keep from at all cost.
- Bullys he cant stand for the strong to pick on the weak he knows what it likes and it is one of the few things that instantly makes him angry and would step in and stop it without thought.
- Dark guilds They killed his parents and held him prisoner or most of his life his hater trad of them is intense especially against the Tattaros Guild.

Motivations:
- Destroying the TarTaros Guild and all other dark guilds they evil that killed his family and experimented on they took everything form him and he wants to return the favor
- To protect the guild his new family and to make sure that no one has ho go through what he did he rather suffer so they don't have too
- Surge knows that strength is need for his ambitions and he strives to be the strongest mage in the world so he can protect his guild destroy Tartaros guild and all other dark guilds.
Fears:
- Surge hates weakness especially his own he feels that if he is not strong people will die that is why he trains so hard.
- Needles being experimented on in his youth left him with a strong fear of needles and he avoids needles as much as possible.
- Loss he feels he lost his parents a normal childhood and his mentor that rescued and raised him like a son that is all that he know. Surge is determined not to lose anything else that he cares about again

Type: Surge is a gifted fighter, and a skilled tactician having being breed from birth to be the ultimate weapon. He is a highly skilled in combat using a combination of grappling,martial arts,ninjutsu and assassination techniques. Surge is very fast and agile he can easily react and dodge attacks he may face in battle. Surge is also skilled with weapons and guns able to quickly adapt himself to the battle as the need arises. He prides himself on being able to fight at any range, location and any situation effectively.
He is a smart fighter able to find and exploit his enemy weakness he always have several plans for victory and contingency plans in case those don't work. He is able to adapt to new situations people opponents and tragedies at a moments notice He can even predict how his allies and opponents may move or act just by what he knows or observe about them. He enjoys the leadership after observing the enemy he is able to quickly able to come up with the best plan available but he usually saves the most dangerous jobs for himself cause as a leader he buts his team mates safety first and he would protect them with his life. Surge is a very of discipline warrior and can work well with anyone always putting the mission and the guild over personal disagreements and would do as told without question but will lets his opinion and ideas known. when he is not the leader of his team but would improvise orders given if he feels he can do it better or quicker and achieve the same result.
Surge usually he holds back as much as possible in combat. He believes you have only on chance to surprise someone you think is weaker than you. Always hold a trump card let them underestimate you and use that against them to achieve victory. Surge believes that through battle and testing your limits and going past them is the way to gain strength. He likes to joke and trash talk during a fight for three reasons one cause its fun, two it can make the opponent under estimate him, and lastly it can anger an opponent and he can use their anger to his advantage. Surge is slow to anger believing it can make you sloppy and careless in battle but when angered and he is quiet and his eyes start to glow like the sun is when you should be truly afraid. Surge blocks all distractions from his mind concentrating sorely on the battle at hand fighting with extreme focus, and without restraint not stopping until the battle is over.


History:
Born in Fiore to a loving family Surge was a baby brimming with magical energy his mother Layla believed he was destined for greatness. As Surge grew so did his latent magical abilities. One day when he was a year 2 years a burglar tried to break in the house. When the burglar entered his room Surge was awaken scared and crying he unknowingly hit the criminal with a bolt of lightning blasting him and a piece of his room to dust. Soon rumors spread about the magical baby that had an abnormally high magic potential. Eclipse head of the Dark guild of Tartaros heard of the baby and wanted to use it in his new plan. It was called operation Dark Conversion to take beings of high magical potential and turn them evil to make a new generation of dark wizards under tartaros control. Surge was the first target for operation dark conversion due to him being small they though he would be a good test subject and would be easy to capture. Just before his third birthday Eclipse head of the Tartaros at the time attack his family killing them and kidnapped him. During the first few months of his imprisonment they ran cruel experiments on him calling him trying to perfect the mind control Lacrima.They tried for almost year but with no success it was never known if the lacrima failed or Surges mind was to strong to control. When Surge was 3.5 years old began his magic training under Imperius who was charged with raising him in hopes of making him a willing member in the guild. Imperius taught him reading, writing, military tactics,martial arts ninja arts, combat sparing and how to use lightning master magic. Surge was being groomed to be the ultimate warrior and when they perfect the mind control lacrima he would be their first test subject, cause if they could control his mind they could control the mind of any wizard they desired. Surge was a quick study in combat able to quickly handle most test they put him through and by the time he was 5 he was able to hold his own against most of the d rank members of the guild. During the years that Imperius trained Surge he became like a father figure to him. when he was 6 Surge made his first escape attempt using all that they taught him he waited till there key members was away and he broke out and made his way for freedom. He nearly succeeded until Rex a c rank wind wizard came back from a mission caught him the two battle but Rex won badly wounding Surge causing the x shape scare he still carrys to this day. Beaten and injured Surge blamed his own weakness for being caught promising himself he would be strong and that no one would ever do this to him. Imperius was impressed by the power and determination of his pupil decided to Train Surge even harder wanting to make sure he won't lose again.Surge Train hard for years becoming even stronger and faster he train his mind learning tactics and strategy. He was buying his time picking the right moment to make his next escape attempt. Surge had heard rumors that they perfected the mind control lacrima. Surge knew if he had a chance to escape now is the time and proceded to make his escape. Unfortunately what Surge didn't know was that while was making his escape he was hit with powerful illusion magic by Rex as he made his escape and was captured. Imperius who had loved Surge like a son could not see him used as just some mindless tool hatched a plan to rescue him. He manage to get to surge but was to late to stop them from implanting the lacrima in Surge. Imperius did manage to destroy the mind control device before it was activated an all the information to replicate it.Imperius Tried to escaping with Surge Battling his was out of the guild but he was badly injured. They eventually managed to escape and go into hiding Surge and Imperius finally had a few moments of peace. During this time Surge and Imperius lived as father and son but such good times would not last forever. Surge train himself constantly just in case Tartraros came back. Surge would set out on jobs for money and to test and improve his strength. Surge was returning from a job was 12 years old to find his house in ruins. Impeius was attacked by Tartaros Surge rushed into battle to help his mentor but before he can start to attack Imperius is stabbed from behined. Surge loses control as his anger cause the very skies to thunder. Surge fought like a wild beast killing all of Tartaros mages he could find but Imperius yells for him to stop. As Surge snaps back to his senses and Surge see's Imperius with a sword in his chest As he lays dying in Surge Arms Imperius tells him that he was apart of the team that killed his real Parents and that he tried to teach him honor and discipline respect and love in the way his real parents. Imperius prays for his forgiveness and hope the good he did for Surge could atone for his sins. Imperius told Surge not lose to the darkness again. Surge then promised to become a man that Imperius and his parents could be proud of. Surge tries to heal him with but it only eases Imperius's pain and allow him to die in peace. Surge then sought to train to control his powers he travels to the highest mountains, volcanoes, and the darkest caves to master his magic after a year of harsh traing. He meets some guild mages and decides to join one to gain the info he needs on the dark guilds and to test his strength against some of the strongest mages he can find.

If you want an armor, you will need to buy it, no exceptions as far as I'm concerned. You may have an armor in your description appearance, but it will not protect you or benefit you in any way, it will be normal clothing.
