Personality: Rhaego is a man whom is considered to be completely and utterly insane. He has so many mental disorders that in order to explain them all it would take a few years. He even has mental disorders that counter-act other mental disorders, leaving the man to be completely random and unpredictable. At one moment he could want to murder someone in a horrific and catastrophic way, and then the very next he could be walking on cloud nine without a care in the world. He has never expressed any form of depression however. As his self confidence and personal value seem to be the driving forces behind his attitude. He isn't someone whom should be taken lightly however, due to his random nature he is easily confusing and seems to make not even the slightest lick of sense when he is near those whom do not know him on a personal level.

The other aspect of Rhaego's personality that seems to be important, is the fact that he is completely arrogant. He does not think that he can be defeated in battle, claiming himself to be a warrior god-king, and in fact he feels as though he is the closest living thing to a god that could actually exist. He hates people whom have cocky attitudes because he feels as though they are just kidding themselves around him. He is an expert at lying, and is generally a genius due to his time spent around a lot of people whom specialized in archive magic. He has a special place in his heart for people whom prove their loyalty to him, but could just as easily turn on them in a flash. He holds loyalty to no one but himself. He is nicknamed The Devourer, and everyone knows him as such.

Likes:

• Adult Activities: He is a lewd man whom has no shame in letting the world know about his attraction to the opposite sex. He has absolutely no form of morality in regards of this.
  
• Violence: He is a man whom runs a Dark Guild, sure, but unlike most sadistic people, he does not only find pleasure in violent acts, he follows the path of violence as if it were a religion.
  
• His own reflection: He is a conceded man, there is nothing about himself he has ever openly expressed disliking about himself.

• Insubordination - He has never been a man whom actually cared about things that went on in the world. But in his own little slice of it, he runs shit like it's the military. He doesn't allow for insubordination, and he is a harsh man when he feels that he is being completely disrespected.
  
• Idiocy: Those whom prove to be mindless are puppets before him, he has no use for them outside of manipulating them, and therefore they have no respect from him.
  
• Blood: He does not mind seeing it, but he hates touching it. It is the reason why he specialized in distant based magics in the first place. To avoid bloodshed and injury.

General Appearance: Due to the eyeball in which exists within the cranium of Rhaego, he is not a man whom has one set appearance. The one he was born with however is distinct to his homelands of Blackiro, one of the isles that are apart of a drifting continental archipelago that seems to move around in a massive circle in the seas south of Fiore. People of the archipelago, especially those from Blackiro and Felltree are naturally of the darker skin, they are born with a pigment that would rival that of being either a rather light brown or an extremely dark black. Eye coloration typically ranges from blues to golden. They are usually toned and fit people, even if they get a bountiful harvest of fish and crops, due to their unusually high metabolisms. Rhaego however was lucky to be born into some form of nobility, because his body was given time to be molded and contorted into that of a person with peak physical conditioning. He is able to in his prime a majority of his life-span, as he keeps good care of his body and watches what he eats. He has ashen hair due to immense mental stress, and is of moderately darkened skin. His one good eye is golden. The other is clear.

History: Born a son of a whore, and the bastard of the great King of Felltree, Rhaego Lycan is from House Lycan, a group of savage pirates whom seized a series of islands during the 70 Year Wars. His mother was a woman whom served in that Pirate crew, and due to his birth happening prior to the fall of Sun Hill, the capital of the Felltree Archipelago, that he was able to live with his violent father as his son and heir of the Pirate crew. Sun Hill had not fallen until he was around four years of age anyway.

When the City fell, it was the original king of the isles whom allowed for Rhaego's father to marry his daughter so that the war would cease. However this was a mistake, because Rhaego's father was not some common bastard. He was the rumored Acid Dragon Slayer. Whom was trained by a crazed and powerful dragon, before slaying it, and turning his bones into armor. Rhaego's father would go ahead and take the throne, and the crown, for himself. Leaving no pure-blooded members of the family alive except for the woman he was to wed. It was however, war spoils.

Rhaego would therefore be treated like the rightful heir and prince for the longest time, until his new step-mother bore a son. In the meanwhile, Rhaego learned the tricks of the trade. Spending his time researching, he had a knack for knowledge after-all. It would take a few years before his full potential would be unlocked by the scholars whom served his father. When his brother came of age, he lost special favor. The Queen was very skilled at controlling his father after-all. She was more knowledgeable and willing than other females, so it was easy for her to succeed.

She would allow for the young man to suffer at her behest, all the while telling his father that he needed to be put through a series of mean and cruel situations that would allow for him to be the proper heir. Due to Rhaego's father being a total dumbass when it came to politics and advances of the mind, it was clear whom had all the power in that situation. Daily, the boy would be treated as a serf more so than a prince, all the while his little brother Danton would live the life of luxury and pleasure.

But all of the pampering would eventually run out of it's uses. Especially when the King of Felltree grew tired of hearing his younger boy's whining. He planned to send both Danton and Rhaego off to military academy so that they could become great officers. He believed first hand that battle experience made for a great and wise leader. After-all, those whom could not hold swords didn't belong in the throne room. It would of meant the Death of Danton however, as the military academy was in the badlands, a place that no royal-born could hope to survive, unlike Rhaego.

It was his step-mother whom was Queen Cloudstream, of House Cloudstream, the rightful rulers of Felltree Archipelago whom sent him and his younger brother out to sea, in order to learn the ways of the sea-fairer. The reasons for this was that the captain of the royal navy was a mage from Fiore. It would be those seven months that Rhaego would first experience many things he probably shouldn't have. Warfare, Violence, Death, Torture, Magic, Dragons, Evil, and even a Woman. It was on the seas that he had formed bonds with his sword brother and sisters. They were family.

After a horrible accident, they ended up in Fiore, half the crew had been slain by the tides and harsh surroundings, leaving only the Captain and Rhaego alive. The Captain knew they would need money in order to fund their organization, so he set up what was to be a guild by the name of Bullet Shark, and allowed for people to join it. But after-awhile things went sour fast, and because of how Bullet Shark was set up, it was considered an illegal guild. Causing a massive drop in membership. It is considered one of the smallest guilds ever.

However, all this time Rhaego was not a member of that guild. He spent most of his time exploring Fiore. In which he learned of the joys and horrors that came with these lands. It broke him, and scared him. Until fear was something that no longer existed to Rhaego, after taking fifteen years off from seeing his Captain and exploring the whole of Fiore, the man returned and joined the organization with open arms. His mastery over magic was so impressive that he was selected to be the new Guildmaster by the time he was 28. It was fate.
