Personality:
Shinugi is quite a calm collected mind. His personality is definitely original and like no other. Shin is not a big talker, but knows how to get a good conversation going. He usually speaks will all types of people. Though he prefers to talk to people who reach his intellectual standards, he dosent mind talking to someone with horrifying grammar. He isn't a big grammar freaks but tends to get annoyed by the slang that has been picked up by the culture such as " Ya Know " and things similar to that.

Shinugi is never shy for the taste of battle. Shin had been growing up his whole life training for moments to become stronger in order to meet his dragon again. He personality during fights tend to change a lot. He will quickly tense up. He will still enjoy playing around and leaving rude remarks in a fight toward his opponent, but he isn't the type of guy to ignore his opponent. Though you will sense a bit more serious side of him.

Shinugi can be immature at time. He often is called a pervert for saying cruel harsh jokes. He is slapped by women for these which makes him tend to laugh. He finds it that if a women can't take a funny joke she's not the right one for him. His taste in women is multifarious. He will take any women that is intelligent and has beauty in his eyes, and not just others. He tends to talk to women around the age of 26-22. He is quite picky with his women in these ways.

Intellegence and rationalization is 2 of the key factors that makes him, him. He is quite knowledgable from his 20 years of being a mage. He will use his intelligence he gained from his past to come to a conclusion on things. He is quite rational in the way he does thing because he continuously searched for a reason.

Shinugi is definetly a strategist in the battle field. He likes to look at peoples movements and behaviors when fighting someone. He trys to find a common thing the person does and try to attack it. He often targets the dominant part of a body in a attempt to make his opponent completely useless. At first it may seem like a constant fail, but once he gets a hit he will aim for that part until he completely annihilates it and finds another target of your body to destroy.

Shinugi is quite manipulative in the way he thinks. He is the type to pull strings behind the scenes in order to benefit himself. This is one of the many reasons he has worked his way up in the ranks. It is sometimes hard to see when he is manipulating since he often tries to do it secretly, but when you do pick it up he will try to deny it as much as he can.

Shinugi is known to be a sort of Jackass figure. He will taunt, mimic, and make fun of people for stupid comments on what they say or do. He will also do as he pleases at time. Making him fit perfectly into the Fairy Tail destructive category. He is definitely a person who belongs in fairy tail due to his joking personality and his tendency to create destruction. though he seems like one of the few dark ones in the guild that can turn at anytime.

Likes:
Girl - Why not? Shin always found girl a mystery. He enjoys taking them out places to show how romantic he could be. For Shin Love is quite a game that he could never get tired of.
Dark Clothing - Shin prefers to where dark clothes.
Picking on people - Shin tends to be a bully in the way he tends to pick on people in all types of forms. He picks on people merely for amusement to see how they respond.

Wild Beast - Wild beast are things that Shin hates. Wild beast always are smelly hairy, and disgusting. He believes they are barbaric and shouldn't really be near him.
Losing - Losing is always something that everyone hates. After losing Shin feels bad. He is a sore loser and takes it to the heat , always wanting revenge after a loss.
Child Abuse - Child abuse is horrible. Shin could relate to that at his young ages before he had met Rai. Its definitely something that can shape a kid to become good or bad.

General Appearance: Seikairyuu is an average height 25 year old teen who has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a muscular tone and an athletic type of body. He is very elusive and nimble type of fighter, he can easily avoid attacks because of this. He wears a purple button up shirt with a black sweater vest often. He wears gloves with black slacks and black shoes. He often wears black sleeves on both arms along with it. He always has a burlap sack over his shoulder whenever he goes out, which holds stack of paper and his slippers. It could also hold anything else that could fit in it that is small.

Magic: Wave Magic

Description: Wave: A form of Magic that nullifies any other incoming Magic attacks. The user creates waves out of vibrations and can cause explosions when the vibrations hits somebody else's Magic. These waves can be thrown as projectiles, and the user also seems to be able to change the length and width of these waves. The user can also surround themselves with Wave to make a shield. While inside it, the opponent's body will be continuously zapped.
Strengths: Allows the user to cancel out any magic that might be or that might in the near future effect him or those around him, so long as the wave can reach the target.
Strengths: In S-rank it is very fast to cast, almost instantly, you can also move when you cast, this comes in very handy if you want to counter something. This advantage is only if you practiced a lot and doesn’t count for low rank casters, but is a good-looking future advantage, also works as motivation to train hard. The defending power of this style is pretty high and the technique becomes stronger the more you use it, so to be short; the techniques are strong, but you have to work for that strength, you don't get them full power. So the main thing of this magic-style is to defend and then counter really quickly.
Weaknesses: The magic has just the strength of an average wizard, even if an S-rank wizard, so that’s pretty bad. The magic style is only fitted for a very little group of people, that’s why not many people use this style, it’s not aggressive. Also if you don’t practice a lot you are simply weak, you won’t be able to pull anything off at all and will lose to anyone you will face. It is not a quantity style, it is a quality style, hard work will pay, slacking off will simply bring you your doom, earlier than anyone would imagine, it is dangerous, this style can actually take you over and turn you into a doom-bringing demon.

In the magic section. For the Strength part, don't just copy from your description, list all the advantages and explain em, at least 3 advantages must be listed.

Secondly, for the weakness part. Good job in explaining. Well you've put comas there but those are only 1 weakness you told us. So write more, remember list all the disadvantages of this magic, at lease 3.
